Greenway Business Park
As of 05/01/2010, site construction has
begun on the tract with the installation of Crosslake Parkway. Fresenius Dialysis & Central Texas
Nephrology Associates are building a 13,500 s.f . facility at the rear of the tract on
a 2 acre site as highlighted in red above. We are currently looking for an Assisted Living Facility
group to go on the other tract at the rear of the property.
Note: The proposed lots that are presently shown above can be re-subdivided to accommodate tracts of any size for the end user or investor.
